Going for 30 more with the Health Bet starting Sept 5th to October 2nd.
I can Do This❣
Time to up my game, doubke up on the workouts and lose that Last 30 unwanted Lbs.
Can i do it in 30 Days?
I'm going to try with Clean Eating, Country Heat and P90 .
Do i want to Win, Sure but Not $$.
I want to Win my Shape Back to when i was in my 40s even 30s.
I want to Win my Health Back.
I'm doing a Great Job so far and i will continue to:

✔Eat Clean
✔Use my Support Group
✔Coach others to keep me Motivated
✔Believe
I love how I look now but i more.
It's a addiction when you Start and See the Amazing Results I am getting. I wouldn't quit for anything.
